- I understand there are no refunds of this digitally delivered product
- I understand and agree that I will NOT share any information, website log in credentials, excess proceed lists, reports with anyone other than my own support team
- Your subscription payment auto-renews each year. If you do not wish to continue, please contact us at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
- We reserve the right to change the subscription cost at any time. You will always be locked in to the amount at the time you join us. However, if you cancel and decide to re-join, our price may be different.
- We do not go back to see if any claims were made on any records. Our system is designed so you can go after fresh new records of Excess Proceeds right after the auction end. As time moves forward, we do not know if claims were already made unless the county puts out it’s own Excess Proceeds Report. If you plan on pursuing records that are older, be sure to contact the county first to verify the excess is still available.
