Each time we gather a new set of records, we create mailing labels for them that are ready for you to download and print.
We do this twice for each County Auction Date:
- As soon as we gather the new records. These will be for all properties headed to auction
- As soon as the auction is over and we update the records to show only those that ended with Excess Proceeds
You will find the labels on the Excess Proceeds page for each county, where we keep the Excess Proceeds Table and Claim Forms.
